SAI (Secure Application for the Internet)

  • SAI has been evaluated by Cert-in empaneled auditor and Army cyber group.
  • A secure messaging application “SAI” has been developed and launched, that support an end-to-end secure voice, text and video calling services for Android platform like WhatsApp.
  • Process for filing Intellectual Property Rights(IPR) is in process.

SCO 19th Summit

  • SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization) is a group of China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Pakistan and India.
  • The SCO group is founded in June 15,2001  and its headquarter is in Beijing .
  • 19th meeting of SCO minister of foreign economy and foreign trade has hosted by India.

D.P.E (Direct Port Entry)

  • Direct port entry facility has been inaugurated by shipping minister Mansukh Mandaviya at V.O Chidambarar Port.
  • V.O Chidambarar port also known as Tutikoram Port, situated at Tamil Nadu, It is one of the major port of India.
  • DPE facility would enable direct movement of container from factories without handling of container Freight Station (CFS).

MSP Fixed for Vegetables

  • Kerala become the first state to fix MSP (Minimum Support Price) for 16 Agri products which includes vegetables, fruits and tubers.
  • The base price will be 20% above the production cost of vegetables.
  • Kerala Govt. developed AIMS (Agriculture Information Management System) web portal to upload the data of farming.
  • MSP will be given for products grown within maximum 15 Acres.

Vivad se Vishwas Scheme

  • Vivad se Vishwas scheme was introduced by finance minister Nirmala Sitaraman in union budget 2020-21 to settle down the pending direct tax cases.
  • The scheme covers the cases pending at income tax appellate tribunal, High Court, Commissioner, Supreme Court etc.
  • The scheme also covers waiving off penalty and interest of the tax payers who paid pending tax till March 31,2021 .

Nayay Kaushal

  • Nayay kaushal is the first E-resource Centre in India to provide facility for E-filling of cases in the court across the country.
  • Chief Justice of India Sharad Arvind Bobde will inaugurate Nayay Kaushal in Nagpur .
  • The Centre will facilitate filling of online cases in the Supreme Court, High Court and District Court across the country.
